Role Description
The Placement Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Kolkata, responsible for facilitating student and alumni placements with relevant industry partners. The role includes building and maintaining relationships with studios, agencies, and companies, coordinating campus interviews, and sharing suitable profiles with recruiters.



The Placement Executive will track placement activities, maintain databases, and prepare reports on student outcomes. Day-to-day tasks involve counseling learners on career paths, conducting placement-related workshops, organizing recruitment events, and providing continuous support to ensure successful job transitions. Collaboration with academic and administrative teams to align training outcomes with market requirements is also an essential part of the role.
