Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Voice Process (South Language)
Location: Hebbal, Bangalore (Work From Office)

Job Overview:

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for Voice Process (Domestic). Candidates should have strong communication skills in South Indian languages (excluding Malayalam) and be comfortable handling customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Resolve customer queries effectively and professionally
- Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow process guidelines and quality standards
- Maintain and update customer records

Eligibility Criteria:
- Languages: Fluency in any South Indian language (Tamil / Telugu / Kannada) – Malayalam not required
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply)
- Good communication and customer handling skills




- Basic computer knowledge

Salary (In-Hand):
- Freshers: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
- Experienced: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Work Details:
- 6 Days Working with 1 Rotational Week Off
- Shift: Day Shift only (between 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM)
- Work Mode: Work From Office (Hebbal, Bangalore)
