What You will Do:

Logistics:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and refine requirements into actionable deliverables.
- Work alongside IT teams to support SAP solution design, testing (UAT/integration), and execution.
- Translate technical solutions into explicit, business-friendly language, serving as a liaison across teams.
- Lead and enhance inbound and outbound transportation strategies,



including management of carriers and third-party logistics (3PL).
- Monitor, analyze, and report key logistics performance indicators (KPIs), including On-Time Delivery (OTD), Cost per Shipment, Inventory Turnover, Freight Spend, and Warehouse Productivity.
- Ensure timely delivery of raw materials and prompt shipment of finished goods to customers.
- Optimize freight costs, routing, packaging, transportation modes, and overall logistics processes.
- Identify opportunities for network optimization, cost reduction, and service improvements across the supply chain.
- Collaborate with production, materials, procurement, planning, and customer service teams to enhance plant and supply chain performance.
- Support data-driven decision-making through logistics analytics, reporting, and continuous performance reviews.
