Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Handle inbound customer enquiries professionally.
- Explain products or services and answer customer queries.
- Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain accurate customer records and call logs.
- Schedule appointments or coordinate with the sales team when required.
- Achieve daily call targets and follow company processes.
- Prepare daily call reports and updates.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Freshers to 1 year of experience can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
