We are looking for a talented and experienced professional to join our team as an RTR Architect. In this role, you will play a crucial part in designing and implementing financial close and reporting solutions, ensuring compliance with US GAAP, EU statutory/IFRS, and local GAAP requirements. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving successful SAP finance transformation programs, including Central Finance and S/4HANA conversions.
- Own the end-to-end RTR solution architecture for General Ledger, Asset Accounting, Financial Close, Intercompany, and Group/Statutory Reporting.
- Lead blueprint and fit-gap workshops with US and EU finance stakeholders, ensuring alignment with GAAP and statutory reporting requirements.
- Define integration architecture between FI/CO and upstream modules, as well as reporting and consolidation tools.
- Drive global template design and localization for statutory reporting, tax compliance, and chart of accounts harmonization.
- Review functional specifications and ensure architectural consistency, auditability, and compliance.
- Lead architecture review boards for the finance track, resolving design conflicts and maintaining documentation.
- Own solution design across the full project lifecycle for large SAP finance transformation programs.
- Mentor RTR functional consultants and provide expertise for complex financial close and reporting issues.
- Partner with OTC, SCM, and technical architects to ensure an integrated financial solution.
- 12+ years of SAP FI/CO experience with a focus on Record-to-Report, including 3-4 full lifecycle implementations as an architect or lead.
- Proven experience delivering RTR solutions for US and EU entities, with knowledge of GAAP and statutory reporting requirements.
- Solid hands-on expertise in General Ledger, Asset Accounting, New GL, financial close, and multi-currency/multi-ledger design.
- Experience with S/4HANA Finance, Central Finance, and consolidation tools like SAP Group Reporting or BP
