Consultant : Community Mobiliser, Manesar, Haryana

Consultancy deliverables :
- Conduct community meetings, awareness campaigns, and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Identifying vulnerable families, out-of-school children, and child protection concerns.
- Counselling and motivation skills for families to promote education and access to government services.
- Home visit, case follow-up, and community outreach.
- Data collection, documentation, and report writing.
- Coordinate with government departments, schools, ICDS, CBOs, and local authorities.

Desirable Qualification & Experience:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in community mobilization, social work, child rights, education, or community development programmes with NGOs or development organizations.
- Experience in identifying and mainstreaming out-of-school children and supporting school enrolment.




- Experience conducting home visits, community meetings, awareness campaigns, and stakeholder consultations.
- Experience facilitating access to government schemes and services for vulnerable families.
- Experience working with children's groups, adolescent groups, CBOs, ICDS centres, schools, and local government institutions.
- Experience in community data collection, MIS management, documentation, and project reporting.
- Exposure to child protection, child rights, and safeguarding practices will be an added advantage
- Basic computer skills (MS Office/Google Sheets) and familiarity with MIS/data entry platforms (e.g., Pragati).
