Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Automation Test Lead with strong expertise in Java, Selenium WebDriver, and Cucumber (BDD Framework) to lead automation testing initiatives.



The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automation frameworks, mentoring team members, ensuring quality deliverables, and driving test automation best practices across projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the automation testing team and define automation strategy for projects.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver, Java, and Cucumber Framework.
- Develop and enhance scalable automation frameworks following industry best practices.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into automated test scenarios.
- Review automation scripts and ensure adherence to coding standards and quality guidelines.
- Execute automated test suites and analyze test results.
- Identify, track, and report defects using test management and defect tracking tools.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, and QA teams throughout the software
