We are looking for an ambitious and goal-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential corporate clients, understanding their business requirements, pitching our solutions, and driving sales growth through direct outreach and consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities
Outbound Outreach: Conduct cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn connect activities to reach prospective business clients.
Lead Qualification: Connect with incoming leads, evaluate their business needs,
and qualify them for further sales discussions.
Product / Service Pitching: Present compelling sales pitches and demos over phone calls and video meetings.
Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate record of calls, follow-ups, prospect statuses, and deal stages in the CRM database.
Deal Closure & Follow-ups: Address client inquiries, handle objections, send formal proposals, and close deals to achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business (BBA), Commerce (B.Com), Marketing, Arts, or related disciplines.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of inside sales / outbound sales experience OR motivated freshers with excellent communication skills.
Communication: Flawless verbal and written English communication skills; confidence in speaking to corporate decision-makers.
