Role Description
The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in the Greater Raipur Area. This role involves identifying and qualifying potential clients, presenting AdSwap Global’s services, and managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing. The specialist will support marketing campaigns, contribute to promotional strategies, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver consistent messaging and client experiences. Daily responsibilities include meeting with prospects, maintaining customer relationships,



providing product and service information, and tracking sales activity in company systems. The role also includes participating in training initiatives, gathering market feedback, and helping refine sales and marketing approaches to meet revenue and growth targets.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build rapport and handle inquiries professionally.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive pipeline growth, manage accounts, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Candidates should possess Training experience or the ability to deliver product and service training to clients and internal teams.
- Relevant skills such as basic marketing knowledge, familiarity with CRM tools, and understanding of digital advertising concepts are beneficial.
