Job Description:

Relationship Manager / Senior Relationship Manager Wealth (Banca Channel)

Role Purpose

The Relationship Manager (RM) will acquire, manage, and grow High Net Worth Individuals (HNI) and

Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNI) through the Bank Partnership (Banca) Channel. The RM will

work closely with mapped Wealth Relationship Managers of partner banks to identify affluent

customers, open 3-in-1 (Savings, Demat & Trading) accounts, provide holistic wealth basket

solutions, transfer clients equity AUM, and achieve AUM, revenue, and relationship growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Business Development
- Acquire HNI/UHNI clients through mapped Wealth RMs of partner banks.
- Open 3-in-1 Accounts for eligible clients.
- Source business through referrals, networking, and existing client relationships.
- Obtain HNI references and expand business within client networks.

Wealth Management & Investment Advisory
- Conduct financial need analysis, risk profiling, and goal-based planning.
- Offer Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, Bonds, Fixed Income,



Structured Products, Insurance, Equity

Advisory, Alternate Investments, Fixed Deposits, LAS and NRI Investment Solutions.
- Facilitate transfer of clients existing equity/demat AUM.
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and provide market insights.

Relationship & Channel Management
- Deepen existing client relationships and enhance wallet share.
- Work jointly with mapped Bank Wealth RMs for lead generation, joint meetings, and wealth events.

Sales Network Development
- Acquire, develop, and manage Marketing Associates for third-party product distribution and

business expansion.

Business Growth
- Deliver targets for client acquisition, AUM, revenue, equity AUM transfer, trading activation,

product sales, cross-sell, and retention.

Compliance
- Ensure KYC, AML, regulatory compliance, documentation, and coordination with internal teams.
