Job Summary Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the dental clinic, ensuring efficient patient flow, high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, staff coordination, and effective financial and administrative management.

Key Responsibilities Manage daily clinic operations, including appointments, patient flow, reception, billing, and coordination of dental services. Coordinate and supervise dentists, dental assistants, receptionists, and other clinic staff. Ensure adequate availability and proper utilization of dental materials, instruments, equipment, and consumables. Monitor clinic cleanliness, infection prevention and control, biomedical waste management, and patient safety practices. Develop and implement SOPs, checklists, and quality improvement initiatives to maintain consistent standards of care. Monitor patient feedback, complaints, and satisfaction and implement corrective actions where required. Maintain appropriate clinical, administrative, inventory, and statutory records. Coordinate equipment maintenance, calibration, AMC/CMC,



and timely repair of dental equipment. Monitor revenue, expenses, billing, collections, and other operational performance indicators. Prepare and review key performance indicators (KPIs) related to patient volume, revenue, waiting time, treatment conversion, and staff productivity. Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, and accreditation/quality standards. Support recruitment, onboarding, training, performance monitoring, and staff development. Business Development Responsibilities Identify opportunities to increase patient footfall through referral networks, corporate tie-ups, community outreach, and strategic partnerships. Support implementation of patient retention, marketing, and service-promotion initiatives to improve clinic revenue and overall business growth.
