Role Description
The Marine Tech Associate is a full-time, in office role based in Gurgaon. This role supports the implementation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of Orion Marine Concepts’ maritime software solutions for ship and shore operations. The associate collaborates with marine and technical teams to understand operational workflows, translate user requirements into system configurations, and assist in resolving application-related issues. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, providing user training,



documenting processes, and supporting inspections and performance monitoring activities enabled by the company’s ERP and INSPECTNAU platforms. The Marine Tech Associate also contributes to continuous improvement by gathering feedback from vessel and shore users and coordinating with the development team to enhance system functionality.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills and knowledge in Marine Operations and Maritime practices relevant to ship and shore environments.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with Navy or naval standards and procedures, where applicable to commercial or specialized marine operations.
- Candidates should possess practical experience with Boat handling, vessel systems, or onboard operational workflows.
- Candidates should possess the ability to deliver Training, including user onboarding, product demonstrations, and operational guidance.
