Role Description
The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gwalior / Indore. This position is responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws and company policies. The role involves developing and implementing HR policies, supporting workforce planning, managing attendance and leave processes,



and coordinating training and development initiatives. The Human Resources Manager will collaborate with leadership and departmental heads to maintain a positive work culture, handle grievance resolution, and ensure HR practices support business goals in a manufacturing and export setting.

CTC: INR 2.5-4 LPA
