Job Description

Manager, Product Software Engineering is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering advanced AI-first systems while leading a team of engineers to build scalable, high-performance applications.

The role owns end-to-end delivery of intelligent platformsincluding architecture, development, and production operations—while ensuring predictable delivery, quality, and team productivity.

This role operates in a 70-30 capacity (hands-on technical leadership and team management), combining expertise in AI/GenAI tools with the ability to guide, mentor, and drive execution across a team.

In addition to hands-on system design, this role provides technical direction, people leadership, and delivery management, enabling teams to build secure, compliant, and high-impact AI-driven solutions.

The role may also guide crossteam delivery by coordinating complex dependencies, driving architectural decisions, and ensuring predictable, highimpact outcomes within an Agile, experimentationdriven development environment





The role partners closely with product management, domain experts, and crossfunctional stakeholders to translate complex business and regulatory needs into scalable, secure, and compliant technical solutions, while reviewing and evolving system designs and technical documentation to ensure quality, maintainability, and alignment with organizational standards.
