Job Title: Team Leader – Aromathai- Wellness Studio

Department: Retail Operations
Reports to: Store Manager/Area Manager

Role Overview:

The Team Leader will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and motivate the team at the wellness studio. They will act as the bridge between team members and management, fostering a positive work environment and driving business results.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Excellence
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the wellness studio, ensuring smooth functioning of all services and products offered.
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and hygiene standards in the spa.
- Manage inventory levels for spa products, including replenishments and stock audits.
- Support the Store Manager in planning and executing promotional activities, workshops, and events.

Team Leadership
- Lead and motivate a team of spa therapists, receptionists, and other staff to achieve sales and service targets.
- Assign tasks, prepare work schedules,



and monitor team performance to ensure high productivity.
- Conduct training sessions for the team to enhance their skills and knowledge about wellness services and products.
- Act as a mentor and resolve conflicts, ensuring a positive team agile and employee satisfaction.

Customer Service
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Handle escalations or complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring resolution.
- Create a warm and welcoming environment for clients, promoting repeat visits and referrals.

Sales & Revenue Management
- Drive sales of spa services, wellness packages, and retail products by coaching the team on upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Analyze sales reports and identify opportunities for improving revenue.
- Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
