The Quality Inspector will be responsible for online and final quality inspection of sliders and related products during the manufacturing process. The role involves monitoring production lines, identifying quality defects, checking product dimensions and finishing, and ensuring that products meet company quality standards and customer requirements. The candidate will also maintain quality records and coordinate with Production and Maintenance teams to support continuous quality improvement.
Key Responsibilities ;
Inspect sliders and components during production and at the final inspection stage. Patrol production lines and conduct online QC inspections. Check product dimensions, finishing, fitting, appearance, and defects. Ensure products meet defined quality standards and specifications. Identify, record, and report quality issues to production supervisors. Ensure rejected and rework materials are properly identified and recorded. Maintain inspection reports, quality records, and other relevant documents. Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer,
and other quality checking tools. Coordinate with Production and Maintenance teams for quality improvement. Support corrective and preventive actions related to quality issues. Follow all company safety rules, quality procedures, and workplace guidelines.
Skills & Requirements :
Basic knowledge of quality inspection and QC processes. Good attention to detail and observation skills. Ability to use measuring instruments such as Vernier and Micrometer. Basic understanding of manufacturing processes. Basic documentation and reporting skills. Valuable communication and coordination skills. Willingness to work on the production floor and learn quality processes.
Education & Experience :
ITI – Fitter / Mechanical / Production preferred. Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th Pass. 1–3 years of manufacturing industry experience preferred. Freshers with good learning ability and willingness to work in Quality ca
