Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using Automic to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement automated workflows.
- Develop schedules for workload automation using scheduling tools to ensure timely execution of tasks.
- Troubleshoot issues related to automation scripts and provide technical support as needed.
Job Requirements :
- 11-15 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry as an Automation Specialist or similar role.
- Solid expertise in Workload Automation (WLA) using Automic or other relevant tools.
- Experience with scheduling tools such as Scheduler or equivalent is required.
