- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and books of accounts.
- Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, ledgers, and reconciliations.
- Perform bank, vendor, customer, and general ledger reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors and provide required financial documents.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and payables.
- Assist in budgeting, cash-flow monitoring, and financial analysis.
- Ensure accounting records are accurate and maintained in accordance with applicable standards.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
