In your role: Youll be a senior voice on Scapias design team - setting the visual direction across our platforms, working closely with designers, and contributing to strategy conversations.
What youll do:
- Set visual direction and raise the bar on design quality across the team
- Partner with marketing, content, and business stakeholders to shape briefs and campaigns - not just execute them
- Design compelling graphics for marketing and brand platforms
- Bring a strategic point of view to campaign planning
- Manage multiple projects,
balancing quality with fast delivery
What youll bring:
- 5+ years in visual/graphic design
- Robust Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator skills; After Effects/Rive a plus
- Strong communication - comfortable pushing back and translating business goals into design decisions
- A genuine passion for travel
