Role Description
The Real Estate Salesperson at Topworker is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow. This position involves meeting prospective buyers and sellers, conducting property visits, and guiding clients through the entire transaction process. Responsibilities include generating leads, maintaining a pipeline of clients, negotiating offers, preparing and reviewing basic documentation, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth closings. The role also includes maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local market trends, property values,



and regulatory requirements, as well as providing excellent customer service and timely follow-up. The salesperson is expected to meet defined sales targets while upholding the company’s standards of professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications
- Robust client-facing and Customer Service skills with a focus on building trust and long-term relationships.
- Valid Real Estate License and solid understanding of Real Estate regulations and practices.
- Knowledge of Real Property concepts and local Real Estate market conditions in and around Lucknow.
- Demonstrated Sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing property transactions.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Comfort with using phones, email, and basic digital tools (CRM or property listing platforms) to manage
