Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to be part of our

high-performing Inside Sales team. You will be responsible for converting inbound leads,

recovering abandoned carts, and driving demo-to-order conversions through proactive outreach

and follow-ups. This is an individual contributor role focused on hitting revenue targets, maintaining

pipeline discipline, and delivering a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Inside Sales & Revenue Generation
- Handle inbound leads, demo follow-ups, and abandoned cart recovery to drive conversions

and revenue.
- Execute structured follow-up cadences across calls, WhatsApp, and other channels to

maximize closures.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly individual revenue targets.
- Proactively engage with warm and hot leads to accelerate the sales cycle.

Pipeline & CRM Discipline




- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM tools for all leads and customer

interactions.
- Track personal conversion metrics, identify drop-offs, and work on improving funnel efficiency.
- Prioritize leads effectively based on intent signals and follow-up status.

Customer Engagement & Closures
- Handle inbound and outbound sales conversations with confidence and empathy.
- Address customer queries, objections, and concerns to build trust and drive purchase

decisions.
- Deliver tailored product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.

Team Collaboration & Feedback
- Work closely with the Customer Delight, Product, and Operations teams to ensure smooth

handovers and issue resolution.
- Share customer insights, common objections, and feedback to help improve product offerings

and customer journeys.
- Participate in team huddles and training sessions to sharpen sales skills and stay aligned on

targets.
