Teach students theory as well as practical skills related to skin and beauty services.
Demonstrate correct use of professional skincare products, tools, and equipment. Explain skin types, skin conditions, product selection, hygiene, and safety procedures.
Supervise students during practical sessions and provide feedback to improve their techniques.
Prepare students for practical assessments and industry-level salon work.
Maintain classroom discipline and ensure proper sanitation standards.
Stay updated with current skincare techniques, products, and beauty trends. Help students develop professional client consultation and communication skills.
Common requirements Qualification/certification in Beauty Therapy, Skin, Cosmetology, or Aesthetics.
Practical experience in a salon, spa, skin clinic, or beauty academy is usually preferred.
Good communication and teaching skills. Knowledge of professional skincare brands and treatments.
Relevant experience as a skin therapist/beautician/trainer can be an advantage
