As a WordPress R&D; Specialist, you will play a crucial role in researching user needs, analyzing competition, identifying compelling use cases and features, and helping our development team understand them before and during the development process.

Key Responsibilities
Research and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough research on user needs and preferences, staying up-to-date with industry trends and market demands.
- Analyze competitor products, identify their strengths and weaknesses, and use this knowledge to inform our development process.
- Discover and document interesting use cases, features, and enhancements based on user feedback and market research.
Product Design Collaboration:
- Work closely with the product design team to brainstorm and contribute to the creation of a beautiful user experience for product.
- Provide insights and suggestions for improving the visual design, usability, and overall user interface of the plugin.
- Collaborate with designers to ensure that user requirements and research findings are incorporated into the design process effectively.
Development Support:
- Collaborate with our development team, providing insights and guidance during the development process.
- Help translate user requirements and research findings into clear specifications and actionable tasks.
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions to enhance the overall functionality and user experience.
Quality Assurance and Acceptance Testing
- Participate in the quality assurance process, conducting thorough testing to ensure the product meets high standards of performance, usability, and compatibility.
