Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Development professional to drive growth in our Government Staffing (Non-IT) business. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in securing manpower staffing contracts from Central/State Government Departments, PSUs, and Autonomous Bodies.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business from Government Departments, PSUs, and State Government organizations.

Identify and secure manpower outsourcing and staffing opportunities.

Build robust relationships with key government decision-makers.

Track and participate in manpower staffing tenders (including GeM).

Manage the complete business development cycle, from lead generation to contract closure and account management.

Prepare business proposals, commercial offers, and presentations.

Coordinate with internal teams for bid preparation and project execution.

Achieve assigned revenue and business targets.

Preferred Experience:





Candidates having business relationships or prior experience with organisations such as BHEL, GAIL, SAIL, TCIL, ITI Limited, State Electricity Boards, DVVNL, PVVNL, UPPCL, and other Central/State Government Departments and PSUs will be preferred.

Desired Profile

12+ years of experience in Government Staffing, Manpower Outsourcing, or Non-IT Staffing.

Proven track record of independently acquiring Government/PSU staffing business.

Good knowledge of Government procurement processes, GeM, and tendering.

Strong negotiation, relationship management, and presentation skills.

Target-oriented with a willingness to travel.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.

MBA/PGDM will be an added advantage.
