We are looking for Freshers Candidates with Good/Excellent English Communication skills

You will be responsible for managing loads, communicating with drivers and brokers, negotiating rates, and ensuring trucks remain productive and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities
- Find and book profitable loads for company and/or owner-operator trucks.
- Search load boards and identify suitable freight based on truck type, location, lanes, and driver requirements.
- Negotiate rates and other load terms with brokers and shippers.
- Communicate professionally with brokers, drivers, and other logistics partners.
- Coordinate pickups, deliveries, appointment times, and route details.
- Track trucks and monitor shipment progress throughout the trip.
- Handle driver and broker issues quickly and professionally.
- Provide drivers with complete load information, including pickup/delivery details and special instructions.




- Follow up on rate confirmations, bills of lading, PODs, and other required documents.
- Maintain accurate records of loads, rates, miles, and dispatch activity.
- Monitor detention, layover, TONU, and other accessorial charges when applicable.
- Help maximize truck utilization, revenue, and profitability.
- Stay updated on US freight lanes, market conditions, and trucking industry practices.
- Ensure smooth communication between drivers, brokers, and the operations team.

Job Types: Full time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
