ABOUT THE ROLE

Northern Solvents Private Limited is looking for an experienced and hands-on Manager Procurement & Administration to take overall responsibility for the company's centralized administration, procurement and operational requirements.

The role will consolidate requirements from the corporate office, manufacturing plant and management and ensure that purchases, administration, vendors, logistics, facilities, machinery requirements, trade fairs and other operational activities are properly planned, coordinated and executed.

This is a highly ownership-driven role for someone who can independently manage team, vendors, purchases and multiple requirements simultaneously.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Admin and Coordination:

1. Take overall ownership of centralized administration, procurement and operational requirements for the corporate office and plant.

2. Lead and manage the administration,



purchase and support team, including allocation of responsibilities, monitoring work and ensuring timely completion.

3. Manage office and plant administrative requirements including maintenance, lighting, electrical work, furniture, fixtures and other facility requirements.

4. Handle property-related requirements, including coordination for renting/leasing company sheds or premises and related commercial negotiations.

5. Identify operational requirements proactively and ensure that pending activities are followed up and closed.

6. Ensure that the team follows proper processes, documentation and approval procedures for purchases and administrative activities.

7. Act as the central point of coordination between management, plant, office, vendors and the internal support team.
