We are seeking a Strategy & Execution Lead who will work closely with the company’s directors and senior management in identifying, developing, and implementing strategic initiatives in the green fuels and industrial decarbonization space.

The role will involve identifying emerging opportunities, engaging with stakeholders across industry and government, conducting market and technical assessments, and translating strategic discussions into actionable business initiatives.

The candidate will play a key role in helping the company develop partnerships, engage with potential clients, and convert ideas and opportunities into viable projects and business engagements.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the company’s business operations in Mumbai. The role involves supporting multiple teams including engineering, project execution, management, and client coordination by managing all administrative, logistical, and operational functions.

This position requires a combination of strategic thinking, solid communication skills,



industry awareness, and the ability to coordinate with diverse stakeholders including government bodies, industrial partners, technology providers, and clients.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is comfortable moving between high-level strategy and on-ground execution

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Business Development
- Identify and evaluate opportunities in green fuels, hydrogen, waste-to-fuels, and industrial decarbonization
- Conduct market, technical, and financial assessments for new initiatives
- Support entry into new markets and development of strategic partnerships
- Assist in converting opportunities into executable projects

2. Stakeholder & Government Engagement
- Engage with industrial partners, clients, consultants, and investors
- Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, regulators, and public sector
