Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment function and drive the organization’s hiring strategy across clinical and non-clinical roles.




The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, develop effective sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines, lead the recruitment team, and collaborate with business leaders to meet workforce requirements. The role will also focus on enhancing employer branding, optimizing recruitment processes, leveraging technology, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives and workforce planning.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including job requisition, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment support.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets and drive continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain solid talent pipelines through job portal
