Job Description

The Role
- Be the owner of the pipeline of Subject Matter Experts and lead the end-to-end onboarding and training process
- Engage and assess prospects as a Great Learning ambassador and brief them on engagement opportunities
- Create and maintain a healthy mentor pipeline to ensure all delivery targets are met without compromising the quality of the learning experience for customers
- Forge long-term relationships with mentors and gurus and contribute towards transforming the mentor management function to ensure their long-term association with Great Learning
- Collaborate with Operations, Technology, and SMEs on process planning, system design, and solutions and initiatives to enable long-term success in mentor and guru management
- Be responsible for leading and nurturing a team to achieve greater milestones

Qualifications

Requirements
- 4 to 8 years of experience
- Experience in technical hiring
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Valuable proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
