Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Brand Promoter to represent and promote Colleen Sanitary Napkins across retail outlets, supermarkets, pharmacies, events, and exhibitions in the Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be confident, well-spoken, and passionate about women’s hygiene and wellness.

Key Responsibilities:
- Promote the brand at retail locations, in-store demos, and promotional events.
- Educate customers on product benefits, usage, and hygiene awareness.
- Distribute samples, brochures, and promotional material.
- Drive product visibility, availability, and shelf presentation in assigned locations.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to support local campaigns.
- Collect customer feedback and report market trends.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly promotional targets.





Requirements:
- Proven experience in brand promotion, sales, or customer engagement (FMCG experience preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, Kannada
- Presentable, energetic, and customer-focused.
- Passionate about women's health and hygiene awareness.
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends or holidays if required.

Preferred Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or higher education.
- Previous experience in the health, beauty, or hygiene product sector.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
