We are looking for a result-oriented Assistant Manager – Sales to support our sales team in achieving business targets, driving revenue growth, and managing customer relationships. The candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and team-handling skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Manage and monitor leads, follow-ups, conversions, and sales pipelines.
- Support and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to business growth.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and update CRM/lead management systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
- Handle customer queries and resolve escalated sales-related concerns.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline; MBA/PGDM is an added advantage.
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales/Business Development.
- Prior team-handling experience will be an advantage.
- Experience in EdTech/Education will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Good knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace.
