About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant with 6+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to design, implement, and optimize enterprise marketing automation solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Marketing Cloud products, data architecture, journey automation, integrations, and campaign execution.

The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, marketing teams, architects, and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable and effective Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions based on business requirements.
- Develop and manage Journey Builder journeys, automation workflows, and customer engagement programs.
- Build and optimize email campaigns using Email Studio, including energetic content, personalization,



and segmentation.
- Develop AMPscript, SQL queries, and Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS) for personalization and automation requirements.
- Design and manage data extensions, data models, subscriber management, and data segmentation.
- Develop and maintain Automation Studio workflows for data imports, transformations, segmentation, and campaign execution.
- Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CRM platforms, and third-party applications.
- Work with APIs and integration technologies including REST and SOAP APIs.
- Troubleshoot campaign, automation, data, integration, and deliverability issues.
- Implement best practices around data governance, security, privacy, and marketing compliance.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, architects, and marketing stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.
