Job Description – Fullstack Development Lead (Java, React, AWS)

Key Responsibilities
- Focus on solution design for the IT landscape and continuously track tools, technologies, and application portfolio evolution
- Lead full stack application development using Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, React, Angular, and AWS services such as RDS, EKS, S3, VPC, SQS, and Lambda
- Design, develop, and optimize database schemas and SQL queries
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless backend integration
- Develop clean, maintainable, and well documented code following engineering best practices
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and drive engineering excellence
- Monitor and optimize application performance while ensuring scalability and security
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends,



and development best practices
- Work closely with Product Managers and UX/UI Designers to deliver high quality user experiences
- Take complete ownership of the end to end software development lifecycle, from design to deployment

Required Knowledge and Experience
- Strong expertise in full stack technologies including Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, React, Angular, PostgreSQL, and AWS
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Financial Services or Insurance domain experience is preferred
- Proven experience developing enterprise scale applications and complex technology platforms
- Strong understanding of software design patterns, frameworks, and reference architectures
- Hands on experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and deployment automation
- Ability to lead development teams, mentor engineers, and drive technical decision making
