Role Overview

We are looking for a Performance Test Engineer with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in performance testing of enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have expertise in designing, developing, and executing performance test scripts using LoadRunner or NeoLoad, along with robust experience in monitoring application performance, identifying bottlenecks, and providing optimization recommendations.

The candidate should have exposure to enterprise platforms such as SAP, Oracle ERP, and Microsoft 365, and be proficient in executing Load, Stress, Endurance (Soak), and Volume Testing.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain performance test scripts using LoadRunner or NeoLoad.

Plan and execute Load, Stress, Endurance (Soak), and Volume Testing.

Analyze application performance under varying workloads and identify performance bottlenecks.

Monitor application and infrastructure performance using Grafana, AppDynamics, or other APM tools.





Work with enterprise applications including SAP, Oracle ERP, and Microsoft 365.

Develop and execute scripts for multiple protocols including:

Collaborate with Development, QA, Infrastructure, and DevOps teams to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues.

Prepare detailed performance testing reports, including test results, bottleneck analysis, and optimization recommendations.

Support the integration of performance testing into CI/CD pipelines.

Mandatory Skills

2–4 years of hands-on experience in Performance Testing.

Strong experience with LoadRunner or NeoLoad.
