We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Vaccine Manufacturing Specialist in a reputed pharmaceutical company. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in vaccine manufacturing.
Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes for vaccines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant regulations.
- Train and guide production staff on new technologies and procedures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Science (B.Sc), Pharmacy (B.Pharma), or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in vaccine manufacturing or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing principles and practices.
- Experience with GMP and other regulatory requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
