Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain Oracle HCM Fast Formulas across Core HR and related modules.
- Build and support data loads using HCM Data Loader (HDL) and HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader.
- Develop HCM Extracts, BI Publisher reports and OTBI analyses to meet reporting requirements.
- Configure Core HR foundations enterprise structures, jobs, positions, grades and workforce structures.
- Implement page personalisations, approval rules and workflow (BPM) configurations.
- Support quarterly Oracle release testing and regression across Core HR objects.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience authoring Oracle HCM Fast Formulas (validation, defaulting, calculation).
- Expertise with HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts and BI Publisher.
- Solid functional grounding in Oracle Core HR configuration.
- Experience with OTBI, security (roles/data roles) and page personalisation.
- Understanding of HCM integration patterns and file-based inbound/outbound flows.
Valuable to Have
- Oracle HCM Cloud certification.
- Exposure to Payroll or Absence Fast Formulas.
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Relevant Oracle Cloud / Workday certifications are strongly preferred.
