We are looking for a creative and skilled Bouquet Designer who can create attractive and elegant flower bouquets for customers. The candidate will be responsible for bouquet designing, flower selection, decoration, packaging, and maintaining the quality and freshness of flowers.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and prepare attractive flower bouquets for customers.
- Create different types of bouquets for birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, festivals, corporate gifting, and special occasions.
- Select fresh and suitable flowers according to customer requirements.
- Handle roses, lilies, carnations, chrysanthemums, orchids, and other seasonal flowers.
- Use ribbons, wrapping papers, baskets, decorative accessories, and other materials creatively.
- Customize bouquets according to customer preferences, budget, and occasion.
- Maintain freshness, cleanliness, and proper storage of flowers.
- Ensure all bouquets are properly finished, packed, and presented.
- Maintain bouquet-making materials and flower inventory.
- Coordinate with the sales and customer support team for customer orders.




- Prepare urgent and customized bouquet orders within the required time.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bouquet-making area.

Requirements
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Previous experience in bouquet designing, floristry, gifting, or retail will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of flowers, colors, combinations, and floral arrangements.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and presentation.
- Good hand skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to understand customer requirements.
- Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work efficiently during festivals and high-demand occasions.
