Role Overview:

We are looking for a strong Product Manager to own core Resdex improvements and ongoing product execution. This role will focus on improving search relevance, matching quality, recruiter workflows, and system-level product outcomes for one of Naukri’s most critical products. The ideal candidate should have strong product depth, comfort working on high-scale systems, and good technical exposure, especially in search, matching, ranking, recommendation systems, and ML-led product experiences. The role requires someone who can work closely with Data Science, Engineering, Sales, Support, and Customer Success teams to drive measurable improvements in recruiter outcomes and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1.Improve Resdex Algorithms and Relevance

Work closely with Data Science and Engineering teams to improve search relevance, matching quality, ranking logic, and candidate discovery outcomes. Identify gaps in current search and matching behavior through data analysis, recruiter feedback, customer escalations, and product usage patterns.



Translate algorithmic opportunities into clear product problem statements, requirements, and success metrics. Drive experimentation and iteration to improve recruiter productivity, CV discovery quality, and candidate shortlisting efficiency.

2. Enable Verticalization on Resdex

Build product capabilities that allow Resdex to serve different hiring use cases, industries, roles, and recruiter segments more effectively. Own custom tuple-based/search-led experiences for specific verticals or hiring scenarios. Identify high-impact segments where differentiated search, filters, ranking, or result presentation can improve outcomes. Partner with internal teams to define vertical-specific requirements and ensure scalable productization.

3. Drive Selective Current Feature Development

Own selected new feature development across the Resdex product experience. Prioritize features based on customer impact, business value, usag
