Role Description
This is a full time, on-site role based at the Skoda Cars Workshop in Guindy, Chennai. Service Advisors are responsible for welcoming customers, understanding vehicle concerns, preparing job cards, coordinating with technicians, explaining recommended services, and providing accurate cost and time estimates.



They monitor repair progress, ensure quality of work, communicate updates, and manage vehicle delivery while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and adherence to manufacturer standards. Technicians are responsible for diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, performing routine maintenance, carrying out repairs according to Skoda guidelines, and documenting all work performed. Both Service Advisors and Technicians collaborate closely with the workshop team to meet aftersales targets, maintain safety and cleanliness standards, and support continuous improvement in service processes.
