Role Overview

We are looking for a result-oriented E-commerce Specialist – Amazon Marketplace to manage and grow our Amazon business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end marketplace operations, including catalog management, sales growth, pricing, promotions and performance analysis.

The candidate should have strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and catalog management with a strong understanding of e-commerce metrics and business performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Amazon marketplace and ensure smooth functioning of the account.
- Manage and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, keywords, images, attributes, variations, and A+ Content.
- Monitor product visibility, search ranking, Buy Box, pricing, ratings, reviews, and overall catalog health.
- Develop and execute Amazon promotional activities, including deals, coupons,



discounts, and other promotional campaigns.
- Analyze competitor pricing, product assortment, promotions, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare and analyze regular Amazon performance reports covering sales category wise
- Identify underperforming products and implement corrective actions to improve sales and visibility.
- Monitor customer returns, cancellations, account health, and operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain Amazon account health and ensure compliance with Amazon marketplace policies.
- Identify new opportunities for catalog expansion, new product launches, product bundling, and marketplace growth.
