Role Description
The Production Engineer will oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations for brass components and plug inserts at the Jamnagar facility. This is a full time, on-site role responsible for planning and monitoring production activities, optimizing workflows,



and ensuring alignment with quality and safety standards. The Production Engineer will analyze process performance, identify improvement opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions. Daily tasks include coordinating production schedules, supervising shop-floor execution, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The role also involves clear communication with supervisors, operators, and quality teams to meet output targets and customer requirements.

Qualifications
