Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of multiple software engineering projects. This is a strategic leadership role that balances delivery commitments, resource management, technical oversight, quality, and stakeholder engagement.

You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. The Delivery Manager will work closely with Project Managers, engineering teams, senior management, and customer stakeholders across India and the Netherlands to drive delivery excellence, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Delivery Management
- Own end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent projects with a focus on timelines, scope, and quality.
- Oversee and guide Project Managers. Remove bottlenecks, resolve conflicts, and intervene proactively on delivery risks.
- Stay involved across the full project lifecycle: planning, estimation,



execution, delivery, and closure.
- Apply strong technical understanding to review project health, assess technical challenges, and provide direction when needed.
- Drive predictable execution by ensuring adherence to delivery methodologies, governance, and organizational processes.

*2. Planning & Execution*
- Lead cooperative planning by aligning project priorities with team capacity and technical capabilities.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and roadblocks early. Establish mitigation strategies.
- Ensure milestones, schedules, budgets, and customer commitments are consistently met.
- Lead resolution of complex delivery challenges and support teams to drive successful outcomes.

3. Resource Management
- Build and maintain effective engineering teams by balancing resource needs across projects.
