Key Responsibilities

1. Insurance Placement
- Analyze client risk profiles and insurance requirements.
- Identify suitable insurers for policy placement.
- Obtain quotes from multiple insurance companies.
- Compare terms, pricing, coverage, and exclusions.

2. Negotiation & Coordination
- Negotiate premium rates and policy conditions with insurers.
- Coordinate with underwriting teams of insurance companies.
- Ensure timely placement of policies before renewal deadlines.

3. Documentation




- Prepare placement slips and policy documentation.
- Verify policy wording, endorsements, and coverage details.
- Maintain accurate records of quotes, binders, and policies.

4. Client Support
- Work closely with the client servicing team to ensure proper coverage.
- Provide insurers’ quotations and placement recommendations.
- Assist in resolving policy issuance or coverage issues.

5. Market Relationship Management
- Maintain relationships with insurance companies.
- Stay updated on insurer appetite, products, and pricing trends.
