In this role you will get hands-on exposure to financial planning, budgeting, MIS reporting, and business analytics that drive decision-making across the organization. What we are looking for in the role:
- Support in preparation of monthly/quarterly MIS reports, budgets, and variance analysis
- Assist in building and maintaining financial models for business planning and forecasting
- Help track key business metrics (disbursements, AUM, cost of funds, opex) and prepare management dashboards
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Accounts, Business, Credit) to gather and validate data inputs
- Assist in cost analysis, profitability tracking,



and process improvement initiatives within FP&A;
- Ensure timely and accurate data compilation with robust attention to detail
- Serve as the primary point of contact for investors and lenders on key company metrics, preparing board decks, investor reports, portfolio cuts, and analytical reports addressing fundraise-related requirements
- Analyze company performance and highlight key observations to management
- Develop a strong understanding of the company's business drivers to effectively contextualize financial data and metrics for internal and external stakeholders

Ideal candidate
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a keen interest in finance and business analysis
- Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables); working knowledge of PowerPoint
- Good understanding of financial statements and basic accounting/finance concepts
- High ownership, curiosity, and willingness to learn
