We are looking for a driven and execution-focused Marketing Executive / Marketing Manager who can work closely with the Founders and leadership team to strengthen our brands, drive customer acquisition, execute marketing campaigns, and contribute directly to business growth.

Role Overview

This is a hands-on marketing role involving digital marketing, social media, performance marketing, brand building, campaign execution, content coordination, and market research.

The candidate will be expected to take ownership of marketing activities from planning to execution and performance tracking. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced startup setting and can turn marketing ideas into measurable business outcomes.





Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Founders to plan and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Manage social media platforms, content calendars, and day-to-day brand communication.
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, influencers, agencies, and external vendors for marketing requirements.
- Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics, and suggest improvements to maximise ROI.
- Support customer acquisition, retention, engagement, and brand awareness initiatives.
- Conduct competitor research and analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and emerging opportunities.
- Coordinate with Operations, Business Development, Product, and Customer Support teams for campaigns,
