Technical Skills & Requirements
Experience: 6+ years of total ServiceNow experience, with at least 3+ years specifically focused on CSDM/CMDB architecture.
Platform Expertise: Mastery of Flow Designer, Discovery Patterns, and Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE).
Scripting: High proficiency in JavaScript and GlideScript for complex business rules and custom integrations.
Certifications:
Certified System Administrator (CSA).
Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) ITOM/Discovery/Service Mapping
