Role Description
The Procurement & Sales Executive is a full time, on-site role based in
Coimbatore, India.
This position is responsible for sourcing aviation materials and components, negotiating with suppliers, and managing purchase orders to ensure timely delivery and cost-effective procurement.



The role involves developing and maintaining client relationships, preparing and following up on quotations, coordinating sales orders, and supporting customers with inquiries related to emergency equipment, parts, and surplus inventories. The executive will collaborate with internal teams to manage inventory levels, track shipments, and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards. Daily tasks include market research, price benchmarking, maintaining accurate records in internal systems, and contributing to continuous improvement in procurement and sales processes.

Qualifications
- Strong procurement and supply chain skills, including vendor sourcing, negotiation, purchase order management, and inventory oversight.
