Job description:

We are looking for a highly analytical, ambitious, and entrepreneurial Founder's Associate to work directly with the Founder on strategic business initiatives, financial planning, growth projects, and key decision-making. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain firsthand exposure to building and scaling a business while working closely with leadership on high-impact projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Founder on strategic business priorities and special projects.
- Develop and maintain financial models for business planning, forecasting, and analysis.
- Assist in preparing business plans, growth strategies, and investor presentations.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking.
- Support business development, partnerships, and growth initiatives.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and actionable insights for decision-making.
- Drive cross-functional projects and ensure timely execution of key initiatives.

Requirements
- CFA Level 1 (Pursuing or Completed).




- Robust knowledge of financial modeling and business analysis.
- Genuine interest in business strategy, entrepreneurship, and startup ecosystems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and research skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and business productivity tools.
