Role Description
- The
Assistant Manager – Strategy, Business Development & Market Research
will support strategic growth initiatives across the residential real estate portfolio, with a focus on




market intelligence, business development, opportunity assessment, and revenue growth
.
- Responsibilities will include conducting market and competitor research, analysing customer segments, pricing, demand trends and emerging opportunities, and translating insights into actionable business recommendations.
- The role will identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, channels and market expansion initiatives, while supporting go-to-market and project-level business strategies.
- The Assistant Manager will work closely with sales, marketing, project and leadership teams to develop business plans, assess performance, track key market and commercial metrics, and prepare strategic reports and presentations for management review.
