Position Overview

The Medical Sales Representative (MSR) will be responsible for promoting ADVIRA Pharma’s products to healthcare professionals, generating prescriptions, growing market share, and ensuring strong customer relationships. The role involves field work, product communication, territory management, and achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Promotion
- Promote and detail assigned products to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare institutions.
- Achieve monthly prescription and sales targets for the allocated territory.
- Conduct product presentations and scientific discussions with healthcare professionals.





Territory Management
- Plan and execute daily field visits and route plans.
- Identify new business opportunities within the territory.
- Maintain accurate records of visits, feedback, and competitor activity.

Product Knowledge
- Develop deep understanding of product features, advantages, and clinical data.
- Stay updated about industry trends, competitors’ products, and therapeutic areas.

Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
- Attend CME programs, medical conferences, and promotional events to strengthen brand presence.

Reporting & Coordination
- Submit daily call reports, market feedback, and sales updates to the reporting manager.
- Coordinate with the distribution team to ensure product availability.
- Collaborate with marketing to implement promotional strategies.
